Where we actually come out.

Most IT companies list a city and leave you to work out whether that includes you. This page says plainly where Iconium sends a person, which office they come from, and what happens once they arrive.

Which office covers you

Two real offices, both staffed. This matters more than it sounds: a provider with no local presence sends a contractor, and a contractor does not know your environment.

Solon — east and southeast

34305 Solon Rd, Suite 75, Solon, OH 44139

Covers eastern Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Ashtabula, Portage and Summit counties, and the Akron, Canton and Youngstown corridors through Stark, Trumbull and Mahoning.

Lorain — west and southwest

1330 Cooper Foster Rd #4, Lorain, OH 44053

Covers Lorain, western Cuyahoga, Medina, Erie and Huron counties, and out through Ashland, Richland, Wayne and Crawford.

Onsite work is available anywhere within roughly two to three hours of either office. The counties above are where it is routine, not a hard border.

What onsite support actually covers

Onsite visits are part of the monthly rate. No trip charge, no callout minimum, and no hourly clock running while someone drives. The rate is the same whether you are ten minutes from Solon or an hour out in Ashtabula County.

Handled remotely

  • Patching, monitoring and endpoint security
  • Account, email and access problems
  • Software faults and configuration
  • Security incidents and threat response
  • Most things, most of the time, faster than someone could reach you

Someone comes out

  • Hardware that has failed and needs replacing
  • Network equipment, cabling and wireless
  • New office builds, moves and expansions
  • Onboarding a new location
  • Anything a person genuinely cannot do over a remote session

Iconium also covers the Greater Houston area in Texas, including Conroe and Montgomery County. See every region we serve.

Common questions about coverage

No. Onsite visits are included in the monthly rate, with no trip charge, callout minimum or hourly billing for travel. The rate is the same whether your office is ten minutes from Solon or an hour out in Ashtabula County.

Same day in most cases. The under two hour response commitment applies to every ticket, and the large majority are resolved remotely inside it without anyone needing to travel. When a visit is required, we book it with you on that same call: usually the same business day within the core counties, and the next business day further out. You will not be left waiting to hear back about scheduling.

Probably. The counties listed are where onsite coverage is routine, not a hard border, and onsite work is available anywhere within roughly two to three hours of the Solon or Lorain offices. Remote support has no geographic limit at all. Call and describe your situation.

Yes, and the pricing reflects it. Your first location is included in the monthly rate, and each additional site is $179 per month, charged per location rather than per device in it. That covers firewall management, network segmentation, wireless and the network documentation an auditor asks for.

The same published rates apply everywhere Iconium works: $163 per user, $19 per computer, $100 per server and $17 per mailbox per month, plus $179 per additional location. A fully equipped seat is $199 a month. There is no minimum spend and no setup fee.
