Common questions

Do you have an office in Texas?

Not yet. Our two staffed offices are in Solon and Lorain, Ohio, and Texas clients are supported by the same team and the same stack. That makes no difference to remote support, monitoring, patching or security, which run identically wherever a client sits. Onsite coverage is set by your contract: where a business needs same-day onsite response, we arrange local technician presence as part of the agreement, and what that looks like is agreed in writing before you sign.

Do Texas clients pay different rates?

No. The published rates are the same: $163 per user, $19 per computer, $100 per server and $17 per mailbox per month, plus $179 per additional location. A fully equipped seat is $199 a month. There is no surcharge for being outside Ohio.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person?
